Yellow Bird Found in Manhattan Beach at Beach - Los Angeles

We have found a yellow bird who was lost at the beach in Manhattan Beach on October 25, or October 26. The bird is quite beautiful and survived the ordeal. It must have escaped. Appears to be trained because it will jump on your shoulder.
