  • Our sales team is a tightly knit group of individuals responsible for managing their own book of business and calls on the country's top advertising agencies and advertisers. Our Account Directors build solid long-term relationships with their clients which leverage our 81-year history, and have reputations for being the go-to contacts for non-traditional advertising expertise. We offer a suite of products and solutions no other American company is currently offering, allowing our sales team to provide their clients with a unique value proposition which differentiates them from competitors.

- Base salary

Who We're Looking For:

- 10 years of advertising/digital sales experience
- Understanding of media math (CPM, GRP/TRP, etc.)
- Provide forecasting information to management
- Established contacts and proven success with agencies and advertisers within the East Coast territory
- Ability to manage a sales staff of two-to-four people (in the future)
- Self-starter with a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality
- Ability to work with the internal teams to solve problems
- Solid grasp of interactive media, including various pricing models, targeting technologies, and ad serving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Expert at time management
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred But Not Required
- Experience in the political /advocacy categories
- Experience in interactive and/or direct response marketing
- Experience in automotive, especially "Tier II
- Experience managing sales staff

Someone who is the perfect blend of being sociable with a magnetic personality yet also is supremely smart. this means they can learn quickly, converse well with internal folks as well as educate and consult with clients. they will have strong digital media knowledge and be familiar with the ad agency buying process.
