We are seeking 3 creative web designers/developer and 3 exceptional marketing/sales individuals to join our startup company as partners NOT employees!  The chosen individuals will not only share profits and other financial rewards that the company will earn, but also a percentage of the company.

 Designers/Developers qualifying factors:

Ø      The ability to understand and write programming codes

Ø      The ability to think inside and outside the box (i.e. have common sense)

Ø      The ability to be extremely creative when needed

Ø      The ability to have consideration, in every aspect of the word 

Marketing/Sales qualifying factors:

Ø      The ability to show proven tract records of marketing/sales accomplishments.

Ø      The ability to show having a large contact base in the standard industries sector.

Ø      The ability to think inside and outside the box (i.e. have common sense)

Ø      The ability to have consideration, in every aspect of the word.

What we need from YOU is a one page letter with your picture inserted, not attached describing how you will use your skills to help run this company to exceptional growth and recognition.   If chosen. a psychological test will be given as the final determining factor.
