Create new user accounts for systems.
- Establish and create new tickets using Track-IT
- Establish worksheet for ID requests.
-Establish templates for various ID’s.
-Create ID based on user security requirements.
-Establish procedure for Identifying expired ID’s.
-Eliminate expired ID’s.
-Establish password policy for Administrative ID’s.
Install new network hardware (routers, switches, hubs, modems, etc)
-Spec networking equipment
-Purchase hardware
-Establish installation procedure and backup out plan.
-Install hardware.
-Document and label hardware.
-Schedule cut over to production.
Establish maintenance schedule of systems.
-Identify daily procedures and reports.
-Backups
-Disk space
-Identify weekly procedures and reports.
-Time Sync
-Purge of files
-Identify monthly procedures and reports.
-DS Repair
-Virus scanning
-Identify quarterly procedures and reports.
-Patches and fixes
-Create and maintain reporting log.
-Identify individuals for notification.
Document networked environment.
-Establish documentation format and specifications.
-Document all hardware in data center.
-Document all software in data center.
-Establish first and second level contact information.
-Establish vendor contact information.
-Document all hardware at off site locations.
-Document all software at off site locations.
-Maintain working database for change control.
Perform PC support related duties
-Establish tracking log of tasks.
-Schedule troubleshooting efforts.
-Identify problem and establish resolution.
-Implement temporary solution if needed.

Perform basic installation and configuration of phone equipment.
-Spec equipment.
-Order equipment.
-Configure extensions.
-Configure phone mail.
-Identify and document all related circuits.
Assist any third party vendor with repairs of related equipment.
-Establish list of vendors.
-Establish contacts within vendor organization.
-Troubleshoot first level issues.
-Communicate problems with vendor.
-Schedule resolution based on contractual obligations.
-Schedule timely maintenance.
-Document and log resolution for change control.
Install and maintain Virus protection solution.
-Purchase software application.
-Install software
-Configure server application
-Configure clients.
-Configure routine file system scans
-Establish software update schedule.
-Configure software updates.
Perform first level application support.
-Identify problems.
-Establish communication with support staff.
-Implement solutions.
