Job description
IBM Business Consulting Services is currently looking for an SAP Package Integration Consultant with knowledge and experience with SAP CRM for our Communications practice. This role will be responsible for successful delivery of SAP CRM initiatives in Customer Interaction Center, Trade Promotion Management, Sales, Marketing, Service or eCommerce. This position will be responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for SAP CRM technology solutions within the Communications industries. The position requires industry process and hands on technical knowledge, as well as the ability to manage client relationships within the context of the role. Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM certification. 100 travel required..

Required

* Bachelors Degree
* At least 3 years experience in direct hands on experience designing and implementing multiple SAP CRM modules
* At least 2 years experience in at least 2 full project lifecycles SAP implementations which included the CRM module
* At least 3 years experience in Industry process knowledge enabled by the SAP CRM solution
* Readiness to travel 50 travel annually
* English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

* At least 4 years experience in direct hands on experience designing and implementing multiple SAP CRM modules
* At least 3 years experience in at least 2 full project lifecycles SAP implementations which included the CRM module
* At least 5 years experience in Industry process knowledge enabled by the SAP CRM solution
