JOB TITLE:QUALITY ASSURANCE CLERK
REPORTING TO:QA / QC DIRECTOR
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:QUALITY ASSURANCE

JOB DUTIES:
* Candidate must have excellent typing & computer skills with scientific background.
* Coordinate the completion of batch record review and approval.
* Responsible for the detailed review of the manufacturing and packaging batch records for the accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain various documents and retrieve them as necessary for other departments.
* Assist in management of document control system.
* Perform documentation review to include but not limited to review batch records
and provide disposition ( approval rejection, etc.) to the product.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledge of cGMP, SOP's and Manufacturing/Packaging Processes.
* Basic computer and math skills.
* Good interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
* Ability to work with others and independently.
* Associated or Bachelor's Degree in Science with at least 1/2 years in QA / QC, Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing.
* Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm with flexibility required to maintain department productivity.
