Description
Ideal candidate MUST be able to multi-task and be a self-starter, thick skinned and resilient with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities and duties would include but are not limited to the following:
Answer incoming calls and forward them as needed.
Greet and direct visitors to the company.
Manage office supplies such as ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing.
Maintain the appearance of the front office / reception area.
Prepare, sort and distribute mails as well as courier packages.
Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.
Qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a receptionist in a professional environment.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Candidate must be prompt, flexible, articulate and maintain an upbeat and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Phone etiquette and ability to prioritize with interpersonal skills and common sense are essential.
