Los Angles County Manufacturing Company seeking Plant Manager to oversee local operations.

Duties will include:
Managing and overseeing overall plant operations which may include finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, human resources and information systems
Participate in planning of and recommending realistic and achievable expense and operations profit goals for assigned Pet Food plant, together with specific plans and programs for achievement.
Planning and recommending capital and major expense expenditures for the purchase, repair, or replacement of facilities and equipment to assure safe and efficient operation within Company policy and government guidelines.
Insuring plant compliance with all local, state and federal laws, regulations and rulingsas related to production and delivery, such as D.O.T., O.S.H.A. and pollution control as recommended by Engineering and Safety personnel.
Perform ongoing cost analysis studies on production techniques to ensure adequate data is available to make informed decisions.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.
