One hour Pilates mat class in your home for only $60.00.  And you can have up to 3 people share the cost with you as long as you have enough space.  I also teach Pilates reformer lessons if you own a reformer.  The cost is also $60.00 for the hour but limited only to one person per lesson.

I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 6 years experience.  I have extensive knowledge of neck, back and knee injuries.  I provide Pilates mats, fitness circles, foam rollers and stretch bands.
