A high-energy, young commercial production company seeks an enthusiastic, hard working assistant with an interest in film or advertising.
We deal with the top agencies and global brands in addition to long-format projects in development so professionalism and discretion are key.

Duties include:
* Answering phones
* Office maintenance (supplies, organization etc.)
* Arranging and monitor all courier use and shipping records

Requirements:
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Professional phone etiquette
* Time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Must be reliable and resourceful
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Research experience necessary
* Positive attitude and a desire to learn
