This is the second bedroom in my apartment.  It has two beds: one queen-sized bed (fits 2 people) and one twin-sized bed (fits 1 person).  Thus, a total of three people can fit in this room.  The room is located on the second floor of my apartment.  The living room, kitchen and a small bathroom are located downstairs.  The living room has a small balcony that looks out onto the street.  Both bedrooms are upstairs. The main upstairs bathroom is just on the other side of the hall of the second bedroom. 

It has in it a large flat-screen TV, with an antenna hook-up and a DVD-VCR player attached as well.

There is a small refrigerator located next to the queen-sized bed.

 

General Description: The Townhouse apartment is on a lovely tree lined street with one parking space. It's perfect for a UCLA, USC, or SMC GRAD. student, someone on a short term job in entertainment; or a summer internship anywhere in LA. If you are a foreigner here on business or here to learn English it is also perfect and it sure beats a hostel.

Transportation is easy it's near the big blue bus 's 7, 8 and 12 too; and the number 7 express to SMC, as well as a 1/2 block away from the number 6 green Culver city bus. 
It's also 7min distance to UCLA Campus Shuttle.

You will love the mocha colored wall to wall carpeting throughout the Townhouse; upstairs and down. This roomy two bedroom, 3 bath apt. boast a fully stocked country style kitchen with fine leaded crystal glassware. formal & informal silverware, ceramic plate ware and informal as well. Every cooking utensil in short it's a gourmet's wet dream. The dinning room has an elegant banquet table beautifully fresh water Fish tank, Aerohead water cooler and breakfast bar with two stools.
