Well known Law Firm has immediate need for an IS Support Specialist.
You will be responsible for providing extensive Help Desk support, troubleshooting and task-based user training for users, workstations and peripheral devices. Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite 2002, Outlook, Corel Word Perfect 8, iManage, Blackberry, Palm or Windows Mobile desktop software, Carpe Diem, DeltaView, Interaction, Internet Explorer and other legal software applications. You will primarily be responsible for Help Desk and troubleshooting support via the User Support Hotlines. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, document management systems, computer hardware functions, PC operation and a range of software applications; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; patience and flexibility. Strong familiarity with Mac OS X 10.3 or higher, especially the Finder, removable devices, 'Go to Server' and application installation and removal. Law firm experience is preferred!
