Profile Description
The Systems Integration Lead designs and develops total systems solutions for the enterprise-wide systems. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise. This position requires integrating multiple hardware and software applications. As part of the strategic design process they will translate business needs into technical systems solutions. They are responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.

This individual will lead a small team to ensure the systems integration will meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. They will collaborate with analysts, designers, and developers to gain an understanding of application/platform architectures and required functionality. There will be regular interaction with business units and other IT leaders regarding the systems integration. The will be accountable to create standards and processes to support integration initiatives.

Performance Expectations for the next 6-12 months:
1.Ensure integration approach and design fulfills business requirements and meet desired business outcomes
2.Research and make recommendations on integration products and services in support of business outcomes
3.Plan, execute and manage the integration of enterprise applications, including but not limited to JD Edwards Financials, Vista Point of Sale Solution and ADP Payroll solutions
4.Perform analysis of interface requirements, discuss and evaluate Interface solution with project team
5.Review interface design and develop interface technical specification
6.Develop detailed work plan and lead integration effort
7.Lead integration testing phase of software programs and applications under development and collaborate with developers and engineers to identify and remedy potential problem areas
8.Work with software development and engineering teams to gain an understanding of application/platform architectures and required functionality

Qualifications
1.Bachelors of Computer Science or related field preferred
2.6 to 10 years demonstrated experience in connecting cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
3.Experience with requirements analysis, business process modeling, methodology development, data mapping, and automated integration tools
4.Strong Project Management skills. Good understanding of project management, project-based work structures and project lifecycle models.
5.Understanding of software Quality Assurance best practices
6.Must have strong software applications experience, specifically experience with ERP Solutions ( preferably JD Edwards), Microsoft SQL 2000 and Reporting Services
7.5 + years experience in the design and implementation of development, execution, and operations architectures solutions, including (but not limited to): reporting, interface, batch scheduling, monitoring, output management, etc.
8.3+ years direct experience in enterprise-level application integration
9.Proven experience supervising the linking of cross-functional applications between dissimilar business units and systems.
10.Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques
11.Excellent documentation skills
12.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
