This huge 3bdrm house Features:

- hardwood floors throughout
-new carpet in the bedrooms
-sunny living room with Huge windows that look out over beautiful garden
-seperate dining room
-breakfast nook in kitchen
-laudndry area and hook ups (current roomie may be taking his washer/dryer, although buying them is an option)

- and most IMPRESSIVE -- A HUUUGE loft that basically is another Complete floor of the house that all 3 of us would share, to do work, relax and chill, we have a sort of second living room up there now...as well...a musical set up and 2 office spaces...there's lots of extra space to get creative and even a private room upstairs additionally that could be used in some way in the future...another two closets...we've done several photo shoots there, and i've used that space as a meeting place for my comedy troupe as well as for massage clients (i'm a massage therapist)....basically it's a great extra bonus for anything we want to use it for!

The house also features A large front yard which is basically a huge beautiful garden, with brick footpaths all around, a driveway that you could park 4 cars in if you had to (although there is not problem at all parking on the street any time of day) and a large back yard as well). We also have a two car Garage, which someone can park in, although we currently use the other half for storage. New kitchen appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wireless, direct tv, tivo, etc.

We also have a housekeeper come every 2 weeks to get those hard to reach places and basically help preserve a sense of continual decorum :-)

Aside from the house being wonderful, and the landlord very attentive and respectful, The Neighborhood is AMAZING! Located on N. Catalina street between franklin and los feliz blvd. across from griffith park, you are walking distance from fred 62's, house of pies, the los feliz theaters and all of the shops on vermont, and a few steps further and you are at the bars and restaurants and shops on Hillhurst.

Silverlake is two seconds away, as and Hollywood is just a few minutes as well. The freeway's 5, 101, 134, 10 are right there. And it's literally right beneath Griffith Park....you can see the Griffith Park Observatory Lit up at night from our Back Yard, (and front actually) in all it's glory :-)


The room for Rent: Cute and medium sized with two large windows (both facing greenery) and it's own bathroom attached to the room, with bathtub, and lot's of natural lighting from a large windoww. Large closet in room as well. Newly painted crisp white last year.

I am a female in my early thirties who is clean, friendly, funny, financially secure, a massage therapist and a musician...i am looking for a roomate (actually 2, we do have another room available that is i can tell you about if you are interested) that are responsible, easy to get along with, clean, good communicators, Good CREDIT (as we must run a credit check and you must pass it) etc....and i would like to live with At Least one more female...

And, i would like to think that the person who moves into this house would be interested in becoming Friends at some point, not just three people who pass in the night and don't talk. I wan't to make this a home i want to live and thrive in, not just a dormitory...which i know is what some people in LA prefer, it's just not what i'm looking for. I want to keep a warm and comfortable, friendly feeling in this place. :-)

Also...i have one fabulous and well behaved dog, but our landlord has written it into the lease that we can't accept Any more pets at all. I'm sorry!
