Good and Effective Cleaner Needed - Los Angeles

I am looking for someone to come in and do some detailed house keeping at my apartment. We have four rooms in addition to the kitchen and bathroom. Here is the minimum of what I need done:

* Dusting of all wood work and window sills
* All of bathroom
* Microwave, toaster over, kitchen sink and counter tops
* Clean the baseboards in all rooms
* Sweep and steam clean floors (all hardwood or tile)
