The current lease expires in June of this year, looking for someone to move in for March 1st. Apartment includes fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hardwood living room floors, panoramic views throughout. There is also the possibility of staying longer if you would like to renew for an entire year (to be discussed with the remaining roommate). Laundry is in the basement of the building and 1 parking spot is also included.
