Free Dental Cleaning and Filling - July & August, Los Angeles – Los Angeles

The USC School of Dentistry Office of Continuing Education is offering FREE Cleanings and Fillings as a part of its annual Clinical IV Sedation course.Limited Seats Available!Date & Time: Saturday, July 7, 2007 (9 am, 10:30 am, 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm)Sunday, July 8, 2007 (8 am, 9:30 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 2 pm)Saturday & Sunday, July 14-15, 2007 (8 am, 9:30 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 2 pm)Location: USC School of Dentistry (925 W. 34^th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90089) Cross streets are Jefferson Blvd. and McClintock. (You can park in the structure by entering at gate #5 on McClintock or there is metered parking available on campus or on the street)Patients will be treated by experienced, licensed dentists learning how to perform intravenous sedation in their offices.  All course participants are also closely supervised by licensed USC faculty members. All patients participating in this course will receive Intravenous Sedation. If you do not understand what Intravenous Sedation is, please call 213-821-2127 for more information.  Important things to Remember:1.       Patients must be 18 years of age or older.2.       Patients should not eat any meals two hours before the appointment.3.       No alcohol or social drugs for 24 hours before or after the appointment.4.       Patients MUST bring a ride to and from the School of Dentistry.  No patient will be released without a driver onsite.5.       Patients can withdraw from participating in this course at any time.6.       Please arrive 30 minutes early before schedule time.  Seats are limited!
