Female singer/ songwriter/ guitarist looking to form a band - Los Angeles - beats for musicians

hello. i'm an 18yr old female looking to form a band. i already have TONS of finished songs, i just need other musicians to help my vision become a more sure thing.

i sing, write, and play guitar (electric & acoustic).

my biggest influences are mostly indie bands like tegan and sara, morningwood, sleater kinney, the yeah yeah yeahs, the von bondies, and kt tunstal.

But i do indeed like SOME (depending) mainstream acts like the strokes, radiohead, the subways, muse, ........ anything melodic and atmospheric gets me the most,... youth group, rilo kiley, interpol...... stuff like that.

my writing stly is much like those bands.

very abstract and thoughful. a bit different than alot of whats getting airplay.... but who cares.....

i'm looking for a bass player, guitarist who can play rhythem and lead,

a MAGNIFICENT drummer (it is the heart beat of the band)

and someone on the keys.

and it would be great if one of these musicians were good at

backing vocals and three part harmonies.

i also love screamers... soo.... yeah... cool.
