Bi-lingual Spanish Volunteers / Interns Needed!!!!!! – Los Angeles

Hello,  My name is America Alaniz and I am currently the coordinator for the Bilingual Crisis Intervention Training for Peace Over Violence formerly known as Los Angeles Commission Assault Against Women. The training consists 85 hours meeting twice a week including Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The training will begin May 13^th 2008, we will have an orientation in which we will talk about the history of the organization, and give you more detail about the topics that will be presented, some of which include legal terminology, process of a restraining order, stalking, child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and crisis intervention counseling.
