building.

Activities center, directly behind building, has free movies, a running track, a beautiful park with a fountain and a café. There is a business center where you can use a computer, make
copies, fax, etc.  Health club with pool is available for a small additional fee. I have a treadmill that you can use in the apartment.

Must have verifiable income and must be cat friendly.  A mature professional is preferred but will
consider a young person who is clean and responsible. No parties or overnight
guests.  I observe the same rules and am very respectful of your privacy.
