Successful candidates will be detailed and reliable with an eagerness to learn and grow. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing the executive calendar, answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing expense reports, booking conference rooms, composing correspondence, word processing, creating spreadsheets, database management, etc. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
